Once a friend of mine and I made this long term bet. We bet who could increase their maximum bench press within six months. The bet was for one thousand dollars, payable in Las Vegas. So both of us were scrambling to find the best bodybuilding tips and the best strength building tips. The funny thing was that we both did really good in increasing our size, so much that we called the bet off since it was so close. Make no mistake, though, we did go to Vegas to celebrate. That place is amazing. I don’t remember much though, just like that movie.

Boy, I am really behind on the times! For the past eight years, I have stayed with a mobile phone provider I hated, simply because I didn’t want to get a new phone number. It seemed like a huge deal to have to tell everyone, so I simply didn’t do it. I just found out that I could have saved myself the headache that this provider has given me. If I had gotten a Pac code, I could have gone to a different company without changing my mobile phone number, but until now I didn’t know that I had that option. I thought that I had to keep the same provider in order to keep the same number.

My husband works for the government and said that he cannot email me from work anymore. He said that his boss has the ability to read and monitor everything that he does online. He explained to me that it is monitoring remote software. He said it gives his boss the tools to monitor all computers in the building. We agreed that he should email me or call me on his cell phone. It is amazing what type of software technology is available. We are both amazed that his company was able to install this without several complaints from all of the employees.

Those of us that are successful know that the best work is done is small chunks.  So we break our schedules down into 60 to 90 minute “work bursts.”

This allows for maximum focus for a short time in order to get massive amounts of NECESSARY work in.  By necessary, I mean all the crap is cut out.  The coffe break, the email checking break, the break to talk to joe blow, etc.

We delegate 90 minutes to doing nothing but the task at hand and we blow it out.

And after the 90 minutes… we rejuvenate.  This is key.  In order to maintain maximum energy to tackle tasks optimally, you need to have the right energy.

So work in short ‘burst” rejuvenate, and repeat and you are funtioning like the successful people do.

It seems that half of my neighbors know about brick paver sealer and the other half does not. FarmVille appears to be a game for kids at first, and I never really got into it until a friend of mine recommended that I try it out. I am so addicted to it now!

What you can do at FarmVille is to grow a farm. You can plant crops, rear animals, build a villa, connect with your neighbours, etc. There are many interesting crops and animals to choose from as well!

However, it does take up a lot of my time because you need to login frequently to check on your farm. But I am able to save a lot of time from this FarmVille guide that I came across few weeks back. Thanks a million!
