An Office Cafe That Impresses
When the president of our company put me in charge of designing our new cafe, I knew right away I didn’t want the institutional look I had been used to in other companies. Too often businesses sacrifice style and comfort for savings and utility. Once our big, bright room had been designed, plants had been ordered, and a charming little bistro included, I researched cafe furniture. Eventually I ordered comfortable chairs in bright colors and different heights. I also varied the table styles, for interest. When I combined this with a cheerful mural on the wall, our new eating place was open for business and quickly became a favorite place to relax and grab a bite.
