Customer Service Leader Jobs

A customer service leader is responsible for leading the customer service efforts of a team of customer service associates. Specific duties of a customer service leader position include administering customer service campaigns, promoting quality customer service environment throughout the organization, guiding and evaluating performance of customer service reps, conducting customer service training sessions, providing feedback on customer service issues, allocation of resources, handling administrative issues, appraising the team members, receiving incoming queries or requests, following up on much delayed issues, personally taking care of premium customer service accounts, and giving vision to the customer service department. A customer service leader typically reports to a customer service manager. A customer service leader has an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of relevant experience is generally acceptable for a customer service leader position. Excellent customer service skills are must.
