So what are the pros and cons of having a Virginia real estate license and not having one? Well let’s take a quick look.
If you have one, you are going to be able to get direct access to the multiple listing service in your local area, and you are going to be able to write your own contracts and save and make money in the process.
The only thing you really get with not having a license is that you don’t have to go to the time, hassle and expense of getting and keeping (continuing education and fees) your Virginia real estate license.
