Fall and Football
The crisp scent of fall is in the air and the sounds of the football being snapped, kicked and caught are right along side of it. Fall brings out the football in American men of all ages. While it may be a lot of fun to watch the professional powerhouses tear into each other, a kinder, gentler form of football is winning over the hearts of amateur football stars all over the country. Flag football is fun to play and it comes without the certain risk of hard tackles and bruises. Flag football plays require athletic skill, luck, and commitment to the game, the same think contact football requires. While there is no guarantee players won’t be injured, it is less likely to happen. In the event of injury, it is almost always milder and takes less time to recover and get back to the work or the classroom.

All the new Jordan release dates
Every serious Air Jordan collector keeps a close eye on all the Nike Air Jordan release dates. There’s a couple particular pairs of Air Jordans that just about everyone wants, but if you do not keep track of their release date, you just might miss out on them and they will sell out. Thankfully I found a reputable web site that keeps me up to date on all the new Jordans that will be coming out later in 2009, and throughout the year of 2010. If I do not find a way to buy the Space Jam Jordans I will be severely disappointed.

My omron pedometer

Want to Learn to Jump Further and Better!
I love being active! If I could I would spend all day, every day outside doing whatever I felt like – running, hiking, biking, jumping, etc. And I am always looking to improve my skills and push myself further. I want to learn how to jump further and better. Vertical jumping is something new to me and I am interested in mastering it. I just heard about Jump Manual from a friend of mine. He said that it has some really good tips and tricks that helped him improve his jumping. Sounds good to me, so I am going to order it.

Air Hockey Game Table Makes Your Place a Great Hangout
Anybody is bound to love playing the game of air hockey. Children aren’t the sole ones who are going to need to have their go on the air hockey game table. Bachelors would also find it a great thing to have in their place. If buddies frequently stop by your place before going to your fave hangout, they can spend a little time playing while they wait for you to finish preparing for the outing. Understand that your pals may beg off going out and wish to stay at your place playing instead! That’s not all bad, though, you can have a lot of fun in the comfort of your own home.

Type Faster
The other day I was typing out an email to one of my friends. As I was typing it, I was thinking about how long it was taking me to get the email done because I am not that fast at typing. I have done mostly programming my whole life, so I can type code fast, but I do not type regular emails and letters very fast at all. My sister told me about some speed training courses that are offered on the Internet and I have started practicing daily. I am completely amazed at how much progress I have made with my speed in so little time.

Must have Spyder Mr1
When I first heard about spyder mr1, I did not have any inkling what this thing was until I saw it in one of the on line stores I recently visited. This is just one of the many variations of the now famous paintball guns that are becoming more popular among the young generation. Many guys both young and old all like to have their own spyder mr1 to flaunt to their friends. My cousin Dave is now so anxious to have his own spyder mr1 so he could try it in the next tournament that he will be joining in the next couple of weeks.

I Bake Her Bread
I used to really like to go to the spa. My favorite thing to do was to use the steam room and get a massage. However, with the downturn in the economy, our family had to cut back on some things that weren’t essential. Instead, I have one of the sauna suits that I can use at home. I also found out that one of my sister’s friends was a massage therapist and she would trade me massages for baking. Once a week I make her bread and some kind of sweet and she gives me a massage when I go deliver it. It’s a great way to cut down costs and still feel pampered.
