Weight Loss At Older Age
I remember back just a few short years ago I was able to lose weight just by thinking about it. I could eat anything that I wanted to and then after a couple of days at the gym feel like I had never had an ounce of fat in my life. Times certainly have changed and so has my metabolism. Now I am on a weight loss diet and I can not seem to shed the excess pounds regardless of what healthy foods I eat or how much I go to the gym. This is highly discouraging and as I have less energy, I require more to lose weight.
