Jog, skip run or jump
Exercise is one of the best natural home remedies to treat anxiety. Simply put on your coat, tie up your sneakers, open your front door and move. This is what I like to do the best. Bring your I-pod and crank up some music that gives a good beat for walking. The trick of this home remedy is simply to walk as hard and as fast as your legs will go and when you feel you can go no more, push yourself to continue. One hard walk or run is not going to make your anxiety disappear but it is a start.
