The BodyGem Indirect calorimetry device displays the RMR reading on the LCD panel, so the tester can record the measurement.
Then when they return to their office, they can plug the RMR number into the BodyGem Analyzer software, along with the clients activity level and weight loss goal, to produce a Daily Calorie Budget for the client to follow.
