Why do we have so much stress?

We are all faced with stress in our lives but some people seem to be plagued by it much worse than others. I’m completely convinced that the amount of stress we have is in direct proportion to the number of unhealthy, negative thoughts we have each day. Many of us constantly find ourselves worrying over each problem or challenge we face which makes life so much more difficult for us. What if, instead, we welcomed each challenge or problem and looked at it as on opportunity to show the world how resourceful we are. My lifecoaching clients have found this strategy to be very effective for them and it greatly reduces the amount of perceived stress that they experience on a daily basis.
