Utility Access is Finally Coming to the Area
My boss has been talking about purchasing a plot of land for some time now. The only thing that has been holding him back is the location. This property isn’t near anything else which means the cost of bringing in utility access was too much. Now he has heard that they will building in that area so he wants to check out the land again. I’m hoping this deal finally goes through. Land with planning permission is easier to get when there are other developed areas close by. I’m not sure why he is so set on this land, but it will be nice if he gets it.
