It’s The Duties of the Executor
Being the person in charge of handling the affairs of the deceased is called the executor duties. I was not very familiar with the term until it was given to me. My mother called me the other day and asked if I could take on this responsibility for them if and when one day they pass away. Of course I would I told them, but why not one of the other siblings in my family? Why me? They told me that my older brother was not trustworthy enough, my sisters life was too crazy, and my younger brother was too young to handle the stuff.
