Muscle Confusion Concept

P90 X is the best weight training program I have ever under taken. The program is based on a concept called muscle confusion. This simply means that you are always doing a different set of exercises every several weeks. This keeps your body from learning the motions and adapting to them. The program last for ninety days and is very intense. There are three separate phases involved. In between each phase there is a recovery week to let your muscles rest. The physical program package consists of 12 DVDs and a work out guide. Each DVD consists of a days exercise routine. Each routine is about an hour in length. Once you have completed the program you will feel like a new person all together.
