Team Development
I recently started in upper management at a new company. Over the years, I have learned that team development is very important when you start somewhere new. As a result, I decided to take my team on a Building Bridges adventure. We had a blast. Not only did we have fun during the course, but dinner that evening gave us the opportunity to really get to know each other. This was such a success that we are talking about taking the whole team on another adventure next year. In fact, we may even decide to do it yearly. My team has been great and this transition into a new job went better than I ever expected.
