I am surprised that the Nintendo DS does not have more functions since it is perfectly capable of them. For one thing, the Wi Fi connection is not utilized enough. Surfing the internet is one thing but the Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi portable gaming consoles should have apps just like how the iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS from Apple has apps. With the EZ Flash Vi you can upload custom firmware onto the device. You can maybe have an app that allows people to search for and watch music videos when they are on the go and tired of games.
