Is Regulation Better Than Spyware Adware Removal Software?
Once I was taking this community college course in ethics. One day during class, the discussion turned to computers and computer viruses. This one guy was saying that everybody should have some kind of spyware adware removal system, while this other guy was arguing that it is the developers right to create adware and spyware. He was saying that the Internet is largely free, and anybody can build whatever they wanted. He said that this problem could easily be solved with more regulation, but the anti spyware guy was totally against that idea. I kind of side on the side of less regulation, because in the end, I think that more regulation on the Internet would make it slower than the spyware sometimes does.
