I was getting very frustrated at work last week because for some reason, our network kept crashing.  I spoke to my boss, and he asked me to handle it.  He gave me a business card with an employees name from Optimal Networks. Apparently they had a great reputation for their customer service and their IT Support.  I gave them a call and they sent out a network engineer that afternoon.  I was very impressed with his work and have since been recommending Optimal Networks to a lot of other businesses that I often do business with.  Our network has been running smoothly for weeks now without any problems.
